Crime London Return and Refund Policy
To ensure a positive shopping experience, we offer return and refund services for eligible items. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a return request.
I. Return Period
You may request a return without providing a specific reason within 14 days of receiving your order.
In principle, return requests will not be accepted for items beyond the 14-day window (unless the item has a quality defect).
II. Return Conditions
Items submitted for return must meet the following conditions:
* The item has not been worn, used, or washed;
* The soles and uppers are free from wear and stains;
* The item remains in its original condition;
* All tags, labels, original boxes, and accessories are included;
* The packaging is intact and suitable for resale.
If an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request or deduct a fee based on the item's condition.
III. Non-Returnable Items
In principle, the following items are not eligible for return:
* Custom-made or personalized items;
* Items showing obvious signs of wear, use, or man-made damage;
* Items missing original packaging, accessories, or tags;
* Special clearance items (where the product page explicitly states "non-returnable").
IV. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:
* Order number
* Recipient's name
* Reason for return
* Photos of the item (if there is a quality issue)
Once customer service confirms the details, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
We may be unable to process packages sent back without prior confirmation.
V. Return Shipping Costs
Quality Issues
If the item has a quality defect, was shipped incorrectly, or was damaged during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a refund or exchange.
Non-Quality Issues
If the return request is due to reasons such as incorrect size, personal preference, or color choice, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping fees from the original order (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
VI. Refund Information
Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days.
VII. Product Quality Issues
If the item you receive falls into any of the following categories:
* Manufacturing defects;
* Incorrect item received;
* Damage incurred during shipping;
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and provide relevant photos. We will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
